rumble
high-intensity interval training with shadow boxing elements and strength stations. It gets you into the zone where you push your limits.
rumble zone: half the time you’re crushing dynamic combinations on a personal water bag. the water simulates the resistance of the human body and absorbs impact, so you can punch with maximum force without straining your wrists.
floor zone: the other half is spent on the mat with intense full-body strengthening (fullbody blast). we combine hiit elements and functional exercises for perfect body sculpting.

what you need to know
rumble. is a combination of intense interval training and boxing. We train on special water-filled bags that absorb impact and protect your joints. It’s 50 minutes of focus, music, and effective movement.
The training has two zones:
Always consult your doctor before attending a class. In the case of advanced pregnancy, we do not recommend this type of exercise. If you are looking for more suitable movement, we prefer our Barre classes, which are gentler on your body during this period. Always inform the trainer about your condition before the class.
It depends on the severity of your injury. We recommend informing us in advance by email or consulting your condition directly with the trainer before the class, so we can adapt the exercise.
You don’t need to know how to box at all; the training is for everyone. If it’s your first time with us, ideally arrive 10-15 minutes beforehand. The trainer will introduce you to the technique and explain the 6 basic punches.
You need sportswear, clean shoes, and water. Hand wraps (available for purchase from us) and gloves are mandatory for boxing. We’ll gladly lend you gloves – they are regularly hygienically cleaned and dried after each training session.
