an intensive workout on micro pro machines that combines strength training, cardio, and Pilates into one highly effective exercise.
01
lagree
lagree is a full-body workout on a specialized micro pro machine. you exercise slowly and with focus — and it’s precisely that slowness that makes it challenging. no dropping weights, no jumping, no impact on your joints.
it’s both strength and cardio training in one: it strengthens you, tones you, and improves endurance — all in 50 minutes. you’ll recognize it the moment your muscle starts shaking during prolonged tension. that’s not weakness — that’s a sign it’s working exactly as it should. and that’s exactly when lagree works.
and what will I get out of it? a firm, lean, and sculpted body without pain or worn-out joints. anyone can handle the workout — regardless of age or fitness level.
lagree is not pilates. people often confuse them — yes, both are done on a machine, but that’s where the similarity ends. pilates is a calm exercise, but it actually moves faster than lagree: you do more repetitions and it often serves more for toning and recovery. lagree is the exact opposite — slow and timed. less movement, longer tension. and that’s precisely what makes it a much more intense workout that builds strength, conditioning, and endurance that truly transform your body.
strong body, clear mind. that’s lagree.
02
why it matters
not every “lagree” is lagree. this is the difference between the original and a copy.
We are properly registered directly with the founder in the USA. Our workouts follow precise global standards.
No dangerous knockoffs from Asia. You train on patented machines with precisely calibrated spring resistance for safe joints.
Our trainers have completed the official Lagree Academy. They understand movement biomechanics and the Time Under Tension principle.
03
a workout that truly helps
this concept uses slow, controlled movements under constant spring tension, activating deep muscle fibers. the result is a toned and sculpted body without exposing your joints to dangerous impacts.
during 50 minutes on the micro pro, your metabolism gets a huge boost, causing you to burn calories long after leaving your morning workout. the combination of strength endurance training ensures that your body will work at full capacity for the rest of the day.
in lagree, your core works in almost every exercise — and to maintain balance, you need to focus on every slow movement. body engaged, mind cleared.
gradually you’ll feel a stronger core: support for your spine that helps you stay upright and can relieve common back pain from sitting.

what you need to know
While
Lagree Fitness uses proven strength training techniques while maintaining low impact on joints and spine, making it an effective and safe workout for everyone.
While Pilates is built on principles of concentration, flow, and posture, Lagree follows a philosophy of efficiency in every aspect of movement—from form and range of motion, to tempo, duration, sequence, transitions, tension, and plane of motion.
The result? A workout that’s intense, dynamic, and functional—focused on sculpting, strength, and full-body endurance.
Our classes are open to all levels—from beginners to advanced. Thanks to variations and modifications of most exercises, you’ll quickly get the hang of it, even if it’s your first time with Lagree. However, we recommend starting with a Lagree Starter class—a group training session for beginners that introduces you to the basic principles of the method and familiarizes you with the Micro Pro machine.
To book a class, you need to register and purchase a class, package, or membership online. If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up (within 12 hours before the class starts), the system will automatically add you and you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can cancel your booking through the website or app up to 12 hours before the class starts to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you need to change or cancel your private training session, do so at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you’ll be charged a fee. Monthly membership can be terminated by sending an email to the studio at least 30 days before the last billing cycle.
be on time. for safety reasons, entry to class is only possible before it starts—once we begin, we can’t let you in. if you’re new, arrive at least 10 minutes early—the intro is important for your safety. silence your phone during class—it helps you and others stay present in the movement. children cannot enter the studio for safety reasons.
wear comfortable, functional clothing that allows free movement—we recommend leggings or shorts and a fitted top or sports bra. all lagree and barre classes are done in grip socks, which ensure stability and safe movement on the machine. if you don’t have them yet, you can purchase them directly at the studio.
Our Rebar studio is equipped with changing rooms, showers, and basic toiletries so you can freshen up after your workout and continue your day feeling great.
